Most important is for all Elizabeth Condominium Owners is to attend tomorrow's annual meeting in the West Lobby at 7 pm when registration opens.
If you cannot attend, submit your proxy ballot to our management office right away! If came in the US postal mail recently from Legum & Norman.
If you cannot find the proxy, contact our General Manager James Santos at 301-652-1797.
Your participation is critical. Every year, the annual meeting is in jeopardy of being canceled because we have not met the quorum requirement. Be a responsible member and participate.
Here are questions to consider as you vote for the candidates running for the Board.
1. Will the candidate reliably participate in the monthly meetings?
If you check the official monthly minutes posted on this blog, we currently have one sitting candidate up for reelection who missed four meetings in a row including March, February, January, and November (there was no meeting in December).
2. Will the candidate contribute to a timely meeting that will stay on point?
We want articulate board members who are respectful of time and contribute to a well run meeting such as we are seeing under the leadership of our current sitting president Ted Ariev.
There are five candidates and you may vote for three.

James C. Jones
Alfred Muller, M.D.
Jim Vuko
You may also write in a candidate but you must be sure that person is willing and you should consider that many others would have to do the same to make a write-in candidate viable.
