Clogged Condensate Lines & Leaks

I don’t know about you but every time I leave my apartment when the air-condition is on and the humidity is high, I worry about the HVACs above me and their condensate lines. Will I come home to water damage?

It’s time to ask management about the schedule for clearing the condensate lines and when our filters will be changed and on what schedule?

Yes,  I know that apartments above me have already experienced water leaks from condensate lines being clogged. Until the condensate lines are cleared, there may be many more leaks to come
