Your signed and dated ballot is needed to achieve 51% quorum.
If we do not achieve quorum by having enough owners participate by turning in their signed and dated ballots, the Association will have to organize a new meeting AND THIS WILL COST US ALL more money.
If you have turned in your ballot, congratulations. Call someone in the Association you know and ask him or her if he/she turned in his/her ballot. It's the least you can do.
