Cleaning of McQuay Units & Ducts: March 10 Sign Up Deadline

Americlean Corp. will be providing a reduced rate
for the cleaning of McQuay units and the duct work in your apartment.

The work will be scheduled and coordinated for residents of the building.
Residents will be responsible for paying for this service.
Americlean believes that they can do four McQuay units per day.

NOTE: Why have your units and ducts cleaned?
With all the construction that has gone on around the building,
apartments have gotten a lot of dust, including cement dust
in their heating/cooling systems.

If your McQuay units have been subject to mold, Americlean
service personnel will advise you and, in that case, you would also
want the sanitizing option. The coating option relates to insulation
and again the Americlean personnel will advise you if that needs
replacement.
