ElizabethCondo.com, the new ECA Website

http://elizabethcondo.com/

HOW TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE NEW ECA WEBSITE

To gain access to the new Elizabeth Condominium website, you must be an owner or a renter in the building. You must have an email address.

At the navigation bar, click on "Login." (This is between "Home" and "Community." Once you click on "Login," you will see a drop down menu giving you two choices: "Resident Login" and "Request Login." Click on "Request Login." Fill in every box and then click the "submit" button. Next check your email inbox periodically for a response.

Seth Levine, one of our Board members, will send you an email saying he has registered you in the system. You will get an ID code and a password.

When you go back to the website, click "login" and choose Resident Login." You will get a page of rules which you should read and then if you agree, click the appropriate button at the bottom of the contract. Next go to navigation bar and next to "Home," will be "My Profile." Click "My Profile" and change your password to something you can remember.

WHAT IS ON THE WEBSITE?

Right now, there are two very useful items on the website.

#1 Work Order Submission

This means you can go to the website and ask that your minor plumbing issues can be looked and fixed. It means you can get help with taking screens out of your windows, etc.

#2 The Mendoza Engineering Report

This critical report is available for download (the only way you can read it) and it is responsible for the ECA Board doing an about face on the replacement of window and doors as well as addressing the failing McQuay heating and cooling units.

STATUS OF POSTS TO theelizabethcondo.blogspot.com vs elizabethcondo.com

I urge you to explore the new website and start using it and make comments about what is useful to you. The more use it gets, the better it will become. By the way, there will be levels of access. Renters will not be allowed access to the financial data that owners will be able to see online. The approved monthly minutes will be posted at elizabethcondo.com in the near future and that is great news!

Right now I will continue to summarize monthly meetings as my time allows. I will continue to invite discussion on important issues in the building.

One other thing, when you see our General Manager Jim Santos around the building, thank him for the outstanding work he is doing, including his part in helping Seth Levine set up the new website.

I just signed up but feel the management/condo board should send a notice out to all the residents that this is available. What is the point of a website if no one knows about it. Thanks Karren for letting us know.

I spoke to Jim Santos this morning and he said he planned to issue notice today about how to gain access to the website. Like me, Mr. Santos did not know about website access for owners/residents until last night at the Board Meeting. Board Member Seth Levine has control of that feature of the website and had not notified Mr. Santos.
