Dear owners,
This e-mail is to alert you to an excellent article on condos in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area that appeared in the Washington Post on September 18, 2016. I attached the article for you in .pdf
The article speaks for itself, so I will not comment beyond saying that those of us on the current Board are totally committed to avoiding any of the traps leading to crisis that are cited in the WP article, and to reversing any incipient slide that might otherwise lead to conditions described for some of the condos.
Let me also remind you that there will be a meeting this Friday here in The Elizabeth at 7:30 to discuss important financial issues that we all need to be aware of. So please make a special effort to attend.
